About Me

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing happens when the body feels safe, heard, and met with presence. I support people through stress, grief, life transitions, and nervous system dysregulation using a gentle, embodied, and trauma- aware approach.

My foundational training includes Psychosomatic Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Remedial Massage and Bodywork Modalities, alongside integrative bodywork, ayurveda, somatic practices, mindfulness, and sound-healing. This diverse background allows me to meet each person as a whole being - physically, emotionally, energetically, and relationally.

I integrate Eastern and traditional healing wisdom with contemporary, science- informed therapeutic understanding. Whatever the modality in use, my intention is always the same: to let the heart lead, to honour consent and autonomy, and to support clients in reconnecting with their own inner resources. I believe healing is not something done to the body - it is something supported from within.

I have worked in the holistic health field since 2009 and bring over 25 years of mentoring experience. Raised bi-culturally in Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ European and Māori), I am deeply committed to cultural sensitivity and respectful inclusive practice when working with people from diverse backgrounds and identities.

In 2013, I established Ojas Holistic Health in Dunedin, New Zealand, working with individuals, community groups, government workplaces, corporate organisations, and international visitors.

In 2015, I initiated the Manawa Mindfulness Program, a mindfulness-based program for women on community-based sentences, developed as part of a strategy to reduce re-offending in Aotearoa. This work integrated somatic practices, mindfulness, and group process to support deep, holistic healing.

I have also contracted my services to Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat, internationally recognised as a leading luxury eco and wellness retreat.

Originally from the coastal community of St Clair, Dunedin, I now live and practise on the Gold Coast, Australia. Nature, ocean rhythms, movement, meditation, music, poetry, and sound are central to my life and continue to inform the way I hold space for others.

A the heart of everything I offer stillness - a place where the nervous system can settle, the body can reorganise, and healing intelligence can emerge naturally.

I look forward to walking alongside you, in a caring and compassionate way.

With love & gratitude,

My Values

Compassion

I hold space with warmth, respect, and deep care, meeting you exactly where you are. Compassion in my work means creating a safe space where you are received exactly as you are - nothing need to be hidden, fixed or rushed.

Presence

True healing begins in presence. I value slowing down, deep listening and attunement, allowing the nervous system to settle so the body’s natural intelligence can emerge and lead the process.

Integrity

My work is grounded in honesty, ethics, and clear boundaries, without forcing outcomes or making promises. I trust the unfolding of each person’s unique healing journey.

Authenticity

I offer this work from a place of truth and invite you to show up just as you are. There is no performance here - only genuine connection, attunement, and truth.

Self-Empowerment

I support your reconnection to your body’s innate wisdom, trusting your capacity for healing and wholeness. I believe you are your own healer.

“ As you live deeper in the heart, the mirror gets clearer and cleaner ”.

- Rumi

My work is shaped by both lived experience and long- standing spiritual practice. By staying anchored within myself, I create a space where external noise softens and deeper connection becomes possible.

My own healing journey informs every session I offer - allowing me to work with compassion, integrity, and a genuine understanding of what it means to be held in times of change.
