Reiki is a wonderful journey of discovering the body, mind, heart and soul. It is a natural healing method that uses energy channelled through a practitioner’s hands to restore health and a sense of well-being.

Reiki is renowned for deep relaxation, stress relief and natural healing. It is a simple and powerful “laying on hands” energy balancing technique based on the idea of the universal life force energy. Reiki therapy connects you on a deeper spiritual level, bringing positive change that allows love to flow more easily in your life

Learning Reiki and advancing through the levels gives you the opportunity to work in cooperation with life-force energy.

During Usui Reiki Level 1, you will receive an attunement and learn how to use the Reiki energy for hands-on sessions, both to heal yourself and others.

As you integrate this connection more seamlessly, you will notice your deeper spiritual bond brings POSITIVE change where LIFE FLOWS more easily.

Lisa Carse (Reiki Teacher/Master) teaches the Reiki tradition of Dr Mikao Usui Sensei.
