My Story

In 2017, I was walking in Rishikesh with my daughter and heard loud Indian music playing. A lady called us into the ashram, where people were joyfully dancing in white robes. Suddenly, my seven-year-old daughter began to dance, saying with a smile, “Mum, I can’t stop moving my feet!” This awe moment was a turning point, and later, I was asked to attend Osho Meditation Teacher Training.

I loved all of the meditations, in particular the Dynamic meditation. It felt like stagnant energy shifted, and conditioned patterns in my body and mind were set free, allowing space for more joy. Then, a Guru invited me to attend all of the Osho Meditations as part of an initiation. After completing the training, I was gifted a Sanskrit named “Tapasaya”, which means leading a life of self-restraint and purity.
