My Story

I embarked on a holistic healing pathway in 2009 when I attended my first Usui Reiki attunement in Ubud, Bali. I felt sensations of warmth, cold, and tingling as stagnated energy moved throughout my body and mind. I experienced firsthand the release of emotions from within.

Reiki provided me with the tools of self-acceptance, self-compassion, trust, hope and faith that I needed to live a happier, more meaningful life. It enabled me to self-heal and support my children during a marital separation. Reiki also provided me with the skills of intention setting and manifestation, which are powerful and liberating.
