By integrating muscular tension and emotional pain and accessing old memories and patterns, you will learn how to ‘let go’ of the script-related mind/body and tensions you are unaware of. With this integration, we will work together to bring your unconscious patterns to a more conscious level.

Stress and Tension Release Massage

This massage will relieve the stress and tension stored in your body and mind. It is a fusion of ancient traditions and practices that will help your body to heal physically and spiritually and leave you feeling wonderful. My massage for stress relief is a combination of several therapeutic techniques, including long gentle strokes, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, kneading, hot stones, aromatherapy, acupressure and reflexology, that have been proven to relax and relieve symptoms of stress, tension, headaches, pain, and emotional imbalances.
