Yin Yoga is a meditative and deep healing practice where predominantly passive (floor-based) poses are held for extended periods of time (anything from three minutes). This style of yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, legs, pelvis, spine and shoulders.
Yin Yoga and Meditation
Yin is a great stress reliever. Its slower movements and long-held poses provide an ideal opportunity for your body to gradually open up and allow you to dive deeper into your emotions.
During your Yin Yoga & Meditation class, I will teach you a tailored set of asanas (postures), breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation to address your needs and achieve improved holistic health.

My Story
In 2014, I completed Yin Yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali. This particular style of yoga allowed me to relax, turn inwards and connect with my body, mind, heart and soul on a deeper level. This truly healing, meditative and confronting style of yoga will help you work through discomfort to create space in your body and mind for improved overall well-being.
